Personal training
Improve your functional strength, stamina, posture, and balance with one-on-one exercise instruction. After listening to your history (exercise habits and any past injury or medical conditions), we'll identify your fitness goals and create a plan to keep you motivated!
I will travel to your home (or other suitable location) and work with you on typically a weekly or semi-weekly basis. I encourage communication and try to make myself available for any questions or check-ins throughout the week, especially if you struggle with exercise accountability. Interactive, online sessions via Zoom, Skype, or Facetime are also available.
