Aqua exercise
Exercising in water has many benefits. Painful arthropathy of the lower back, hip, or knee is often better tolerated when exercising in the water, allowing for significant gains in strength, mobility, and even aerobic fitness.

Popular H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) can also be done, which has been long shown to increase fat burning capacity. Studies now suggest this type of exercising also has anti-aging effects at a cellular level.

Pool workouts offer a unique way to exercise at higher effort with less fear of falling- and it's pretty fun, too!
